I built this from my own way out
I ran a content and media company for 10 years as a solo founder. No partners, no investors, no debt. For the first few years, it ran me. Evenings, weekends, holidays: the business came everywhere with me.
In 2014 I decided enough was enough. I started auditing where my time actually went, asking hard questions about every piece of it, and acting on the answers. Audit, Question, Action.
By 2015 I had gone from operator to CEO. Until I sold the company in 2020, I never worked more than 4-5 hours a day, and I spent those hours on the work I loved: strategy, creative direction and the team.
The Founder Off‑Switch is that process, turned into AI tools that do the heavy lifting for you. You don't need a day locked away in a hotel room. You need an hour and honest answers.
